BUILDING STATS
The Downey NASA Site was located in Downey California
. It was comprised of approximately 160 acres of land that was previously called the Hyunan Ranch. The first industrial use was EMSCO Aircraft in 1929 and began with the construction of Building 1 on Lakewood Blvd. Over the course of its development 32 structures were built on the property.. Of the original properties only 8 remain; Buildings 1annex, 2, 3, 4, 5,,18, 202,203
